This is a large ski poster for Stowe Vermont The Ski Capital of the East by Howard Koslow. As a native of Stowe Vermont it's true you should expect More Sun and More Snow...... and More Cold too! This poster is quite uncommon and difficult to fine. Swann Galleries has sold a copy in 2015. This poster was available to travel agencies and via the Stowe Area Association, but was printed in limited quantity. This poster features the famous Stowe S (created by Sascha Maurer) and the Chin, but the Gondola was still 5 years in the future. The dwelling is the Little Spruce Base Lodge. and the flats represent the nationalities that visited and was often swapped out. It's an absolutely lovely and cool poster for Stowe Vermont from the early 1960's.
